Amanda T. Hawn is a Partner of Falcon Ridge Partners.
Ms. Hawn has led several significant Falcon Ridge Partners' redevelopment projects, including Jet 55, a 230,000 square foot renovation of Carlson Companies' former HQ. Jet 55 is viewed as a frontier creative office complex in the most dynamic Twin Cities suburban submarket. Since 2007, she has worked in real estate development and investment in Northern California and Minneapolis. Prior to joining Falcon Ridge Partners Ms. Hawn worked for Värde Partners, a multi-billion dollar opportunity fund supporting the acquisition of $325MM of CRE assets. Ms. Hawn holds a Bachelors of Science from Princeton University and a MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, with a certificate in real estate.

The Washington is a multi building brick and timber office and retail redevelopment and re-brand located at the nexus of the North Loop and Warehouse Districts in Minneapolis.
A native of California, Mr. Larsen's broad based career spans leasing and brokerage, development management and investment, including stints with BT Commercial in the San Francisco Bay Area, CPM in the Twin Cities and seven years in the wine industry. Mr. Larsen attended the University of Minnesota’s graduate school of design.
